At Aranya Aroma, each candle is handcrafted with care. To maintain product integrity and hygiene standards, all orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged in transit.

Exchanges (Only for Damaged Items)
Damaged items eligible for exchange must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After inspection, we will process your replacement or refund within 2 working days.
